The Problem
Our long-term economic growth and prosperity relies on the discovery ethical use, and knowledge consumption of emerging technology. If the information revolution has taught us one thing, it is that misinformation can and will harm us. Therefore, science literacy is a necessity to our children's long-term physical and mental health
We believe that one of, if not the main, reasons for low science literacy in the country today is how science is taught. It's often stale, static, and fails to make use of all three key modes of learning, sight, touch, and sound.
We believe that if science is taugh in a simple, basic principles, hands-on approach, it is much easier to understand and retain. Most scientific concepts build on each other, so if they basic building blocks are not in place or are shaky, it is tough to build on top of it.
